Adaptors are designed to suit all makes of electric motors of IEC frames. Even Flameproof / Explosion proof motors and DC motors can be mounted. Any other type of electric motors not failing under above category can also be mounted after getting our confirmation. For instantaneous stops brake motors of DISC type brakes can also be used.

To ensure leak-proofness of gear casing, oil-seals at both ends, input and output, are used to render the utility of the gearbox for chemical, pharmaceutical and food processing units where no contamination is allowed.

All components are machined to close tolerances and inspection is carried out by experienced personnel at every stage. Each gearbox prior to leaving the factory is run (under no-load) and leaves factory only after satisfactory trials.Please review the manufacturing process for further details.

As duty cycle of the gearbox differs from equipment to equipment, it is imperative for the user to calculate horse - power, output RPM and relevant Service Factor.

Thus we have given two ratings of gearboxes in the speed chart, for medium and heavy duty, with service factor of 1.4 and 2 respectively.

For light duty the user may, in some cases, obtain gearbox of one smaller size than specified against service factor 1.4, but advisable to consult us, with details.
